Ashley Store + Outlet

I don’t usually name employees in my reviews—actually, I never do. I’m a Master Reviewer on here and have written countless reviews over the years, but Sean truly stood out and deserves to be recognized. We came in shopping for furniture for my mother, and Sean was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely caring. He took the time to really understand what she needed, explained options clearly, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. You could tell he wasn’t just trying to make a sale—he was focused on making sure we found the right fit for her. We haven’t completed the purchase yet and plan to come back on Wednesday after showing her everything we discussed, but the experience alone was worth the 5 stars. I’ve been in sales for years and I also own a business that’s sales-based, so I know good talent when I see it. Sean is exactly the type of person I would want on my own team. Professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in the customer experience. Ashley Furniture is lucky to have him.

Our experience here was great. Jonathan listened to our needs and spent a lot of time helping us find the perfect set and matching area rug while also giving us the space we needed to make a pressure free decision. The furniture arrived quickly and on time. We love it.

Stephanie helped us pick out a coffee table set, and she was wonderful. She walked around the entire store with us, taking the time to help me find the right style that fit our space perfectly. She also followed up with us several times via text over the next few days while we were asking additional questions and getting more information. Her communication and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend stopping in and asking for Stephanie-she did an incredible job!

Ken and Kenny were excellent! They went above and beyond to not only get the couch we wanted but also make sure that it could be customized to work for us. I would highly recommend this store. The selection at this store beats out the other Ashley stores I’ve visited in the area. And then you add on the store acting as a team to make sure the customers are happy is something you don’t find often. It made it easy to make a big ticket purchase without buyers remorse!

Barnett and Conor were amazing with helping me find the most perfect sectional!! So happy with my experience.
