Our experience was really good when we purchased our bed yesterday at the special event! Im so very sad that i didn't know to consult with his primary doctor whose the Neurologist 1st because today we were told that this bed just like the Temperpedic one mattress we currently have is not appropriate for my husband's condition which prohibit him using! Ive been waiting on our salesman Troy to call us regarding this disappointing situation. We must discuss a refund! The doctor is ordering a traditional hospital bed with a Hoya lift attachment. Thank you i love Temperpedic!
View on GoogleAfter a wonderful experience at the Tampa location I came to my local Winter Park store where they gave me the best Black Friday deal and treated me so well and I am now the new owner of an Osaki Massage Chair. They really care and therefore I am happy to contribute to this amazing family business in Winter Park. The prices, the staff and the chairs are truly out of this world. Even the staff at the warehouse, who will be delivering my chair, are friendly & helpful. So happy I chose this company for my wellness investment. ❤️
View on GoogleTiko and team were amazing. They were so patience and they explained everything to us and worked with. It was a great experience. I totally recommend.
View on GoogleYaky was seriously the sweetest! She made our mattress shopping experience so fun, and stress-free. From the beginning, she treated us like family and really took the time to help us find exactly what we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. We left so happy with our purchase and truly appreciate all her help, patience, and positive energy. Thank you so much, Yaky La cubana !! you’re amazing!”
View on GoogleThe experience of getting to know the product (Osaki Platinum Vivi AI + 4D Massage Chair) prior to purchasing was awesome!! Alberto did a great job sharing his knowledge of the product, but as good as he was, the chair sells itself! I noticed immediate relief throughout my body after the 20 minute demonstration. The attention to the feet and the arms/hands is far superior to anything else that I’ve tried! I’m looking forward to the delivery of my chair!!
