Greg Scheiwiller was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through this beautiful and tranquil store. Without pressure, he explained the different beds and gave me plenty of time to test the mattresses more than once. He quietly explained everything to me in an unhurried manner. A few days later he patiently walked me through the purchasing process. I highly recommend the Tempur-pedic store, the Tempur-pedic product and Greg, the sales manager.

When we walked into the flagship store in Winter Park, we were greeted by Steve. Although we had the option to browse on our own, we welcomed Steve’s guidance and he helped us to narrow the selection down to the best options for us. Steve was a wealth of knowledge about the product and took his time explaining the differences between the models. We were not even considering an adjustable base when we decided we needed a new mattress, but after Steve heard a few of my sleeping challenges he gave us a complete demo of the bases and we were sold. We did not purchase that day but we did go back and purchased a LuxeBreeze mattress and a ProSmart base. Delivery came in just 3 days and we are completely satisfied with our purchase. It really does sleep cooler and I love that the base can detect snoring and lifts your head slightly, that I can play the Calm app (or anything Bluetooth) through the speakers, the wind down and stress relieving massage programs, and the tv option which puts you in the perfect position to watch TV or read. The Tempur-Pedic sheets allow the cool to come through and we just decided to order the Tempur-Cloud Cooling pillow as well to complete our Sleep System.

Andrew made our shopping experience so painless and easy. He is patient, informative and professional. We had no idea what we really wanted in a mattress but Andrew (without any pressure) helped us make a choice that fit both mine and my husband’s needs and wants. We are very thankful for his help in our decision.

We can’t thank Greg enough for all of his assistance and thoroughness through our journey on buying a new mattress. He was patient and kind and willing to answer all of our questions as well as entertain our daughter. Never once did we feel like there was high pressure to purchase anything. Greg strictly cared about just getting us in the best mattress for our ourselves and our budget and never tried to oversell or upsell unnecessarily. Greg‘s customer service was phenomenal and very refreshing.

The delivery service was exceptional. I am very grateful, first to God and then to Andrew, who assisted me from the moment I entered the Tempur-Pedic store in Winter Park. He helped me select the mattress and the smart base. I appreciate Andrew for his dedication and customer service.
