Sleep Number

Coming into the store was such a pleasurable experience. The manger Mr. Momary gave us the entire sleep number experience; explaining the process of finding the perfect bed, number, and pillow. He demonstrated the pressure relief on a screen and how we were completely supported by the bed regardless of the number. At no point did the experience feel “salesy” or like he was trying to give us more than we needed, he let the product speak for itself. Would highly recommend this store, its staff and its products to anyone I knew.

We bought a Sleep Number bed in July 2023. It wasn’t cheap. For the first several months it seemed fine, maybe even good. Then around the one-year mark I started waking up with back pain, neck pain, and hip pain. Not the dull kind you ignore. The kind that makes you dread going to bed. I eventually moved to the guest room because sleeping on our expensive “smart” bed had become worse than sleeping on the floor. Then my husband started sleeping on it. Within a few months, same thing. Back pain, hip discomfort, the whole picture. Two people, same bed, same result. We didn’t just complain and walk away. We called customer service. Nothing useful came of it. We went to the store where we bought it and it had closed. We found another location, where a salesperson sold us a mattress topper. It didn’t help. We went back again and were basically told there was nothing they could do. So now we have an almost-new bed that neither of us can sleep on for more than a couple of hours without pain. We’ve tried to resell it with no luck. It just sits there. I understand that not every product works for every person. But in this case, both the product and the follow-up support fell short, and we were left without a real solution. I want other people to know that before they spend thousands of dollars.

Just purchased my first Sleep Number bed after many rave reviews from family and friends. Ed Ojeda at the Winter Park, FL location was very kind and informative throughout the process. Highly recommend taking the time to try the beds and find your fit!

Nick is awesome. Thoroughly reviewed the Sleep Number line and the differences. Spent an enormous amount of time with us making sure the bed, pillows, sheets, eveything was perfect. Got us set up with a great 360 bed to replace an inferior bed from the Relax store that doesn’t even honor the warranty they sell when their bed breaks. Don’t even think about anywhere but Sleep Number.

Nick was awesome! He is very helpful knowledgeable and not pushy. My wife and I left the store feeling better than when we walked in. We are excited for the delivery of our new mattress.
