annie is the best! she was patient, informative, easy to chat with, and was able to honor a sale price i found online. i'm so grateful to find a store that carries multiple viral brands so i didn't have to visit a bunch of different showrooms or gamble with purchasing without trying first. we were sad to move on to our other errands after visiting relax the back.
View on GoogleI cannot recommend this location or the Altwork Signature Workstation. I purchased a $10k Altwork Signature Workstation last year from this location. While the 2 people running the store are very friendly, unfortunately that never translated into strong follow up communication or support. After making the initial $10k purchase, I was told they would call in 1-2 weeks to discuss delivery. However, the next 6 weeks consisted of me reaching out to the store with slow or no response. I finally received the workstation, which was assembled with the white glove delivery, which occurred without incident. After setup, there was minimal follow up. I have since struggled to make the workstation comfortable for any period of time. There is minimal cushioning and no lumbar support. It looks fancy but functions poorly. I wish I could return or exchange for a different setup, but I have been met without empathy or any willingness to find a solution. Overall, this has been an incredible waste of money.
View on GoogleI have been dealing with back and neck pain for many years and we owned a zero gravity chair for over 20 years which we wanted to upgrade. The store manager, Julian greeted us who was extremely knowledgeable showing us the different products and features of each chair. He asked pertinent questions to make sure the chair fit our needs and wants, such as articulating headrest, lumbar support, extra wide armrests, which my existing chair did not have. I found this extremely helpful choosing the right chair to fit our needs. We finally settled on the Andrew Leblanc Novas 3.0 powered chair. He showed us different leather swatches, explained delivery dates, warranties, and was never pushy. It was an extreme pleasure dealing with Julian from start to finish. The Novus chair should be delivered in a few weeks. I can't wait. Thank you Julian, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Scott C.
View on GoogleAnnie (sp?) did a great job taking us thru the various models of recliners and mattresses, in a relaxed, no-pressure way. We have only bought memory foam pillows thus far, and are continuing to evaluate alternatives for the bigger purchases.
