Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

Service was friendly and very helpful. He went over the pros and cons of all the different available mattresses. He took the time to listen to our needs and tailored his responses appropriately. He also go help from other senior staff as needed during the purchase phase. Great store.

We came in with our 2 small children and got help from Josh an Kris. They were patient and super helpful while we moved from bed to bed and our children were climbing and running around the place. We got all the information we needed and they helped us get the best mattress for us. Great experience!

On August 19, 2025, my wife and I purchased a firm mattress after being told by the salesperson (Casey) that we could exchange it within 90 days for a $175 fee if not satisfied. We were never informed that the display mattresses had been sitting in the store for nearly a year. When the mattress was delivered, it was extremely firm, and I immediately reported it to the store. The salesperson said it would take a year to soften, even though I mentioned having back pain. I filed a corporate complaint asking to waive the exchange fee, but they refused. I exchanged the mattress, but my condition worsened. When I tried to return it within the 90-day period, the store and corporate said I had already used my one exchange and could not return it. I was never informed about this clause.Their website, however, says “If you are not satisfied, we will take the mattress back.” I believe this is misleading and unfair. I purchased this $8,000 mattress through financing and feel misled by both the store and corporate. I am warning people , what ever they say dont trust them and infact the policy written on their website also is misleading.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Tempur-Pedic store thanks to Matt, Josh, and Kris. They were all very attentive in helping my dad, my little sister, and I find the two Cloud pillows we were looking for. Kris went above and beyond by letting us know about a bundle deal, which we were so grateful for, and he made sure we got the best value. We also really appreciated that they offered to hold our pillows at the store while we finished shopping—it was such a thoughtful touch. All three provided excellent customer service, and because of them we’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you again, Matt, Josh, and Kris!

Chris demonstrated informative helpful knowledge in the selection process. Chris & Robin both worked diligently dealing with the delivery to my remote complicated house location, and followed through every step of the way creating a process as seamless as possible. They demonstrated customer service that went above and beyond. Thank you both vey much!
