Sleep Number

Cristina is a great manager! We were greeted and informed of all the different options available. When we explained our needs, she brought us to try out a mattress and pillow she answered all our questions about the bed and it’s features, the remote controls and she made recommendations about a pillow that turned out to be very comfortable! I chose the sheet type and color and I’m looking forward to getting my new bed with the accessories that I chose.

I recently purchased a bed from Sleep Number, and the entire experience — from the store visit to the delivery — was exceptional. At the store, I worked with Cristina, and she was fully present from the start — not rushing through a script, but actually listening to what I was looking for. She walked me through the options with patience and clarity, made sure I understood the differences between models, and never made me feel pressured. Even after the purchase, she took the time to help me set up the app and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before I left. She's thorough, detail-oriented, and genuinely respectful — the kind of person who makes you feel like you're in good hands. The delivery team arrived on time and were just as professional and friendly. They set up the bed, connected it to the app, showed me how everything worked, and handled the removal of my old bed without any issues. They were respectful of the space, kept everything clean, and didn't rush through the process. It's rare to find that level of care from start to finish — both in the store and at the door. Cristina and the delivery team made the whole process feel smooth, personal, and trustworthy. I'd recommend Sleep Number based on this experience alone.

On a rainy day in Spring 2024, I spent a couple lovely hours at the Sleep Number store in Burlington. Cristina was so patient while I acted like Goldilocks trying all the different beds. I actually nodded off while she was helping someone with a pillow purchase! We ended up buying a split top King and we still love the bed so much. I feel grateful every night that I have such a luxurious bed! Cristina helped me with the coupons and codes, and got the price to an affordable number for me. I went back for the cooling sheets (awesome) and my husband’s side sleeper pillow. We now own 5 Sleep Number beds in my family. Couldn’t recommend any higher!!!

Recently purchased a bed here and Mike was awesome! He took his time answering all my questions. They just got new beds in and had refreshments and a $500 sweepstakes to enter. The store was very inviting and I’m very happy with my purchase!!

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We felt very confident with our purchase. We even got the extended warranty that gives us 5 years of full coverage on our bed. Considering my last bed didn’t even last that long this was a no brainer for me. With an investment like this I want to feel confident and Mike and Joel made sure I was. Great team here.
