Relax The Back - Northwest Austin

I visited the store seeking a pillow. An employee offered several options to try. I lay with it, moved around, and after trying many, I selected one. Upon returning home, the pillow differed from the in-store version. It was entirely flat and uncomfortable. I awoke frightened because my left arm had gone completely numb. These pillows cost a lot, and returns aren’t permitted.

Had to get myself fitted for a pillow after days of switching multiple pillows and still waking up with sore shoulders and neck. Nathan did an excellent job of explaining things in detail and made sure I could try different pillows before deciding on the one for me. And the greatest store experience was the 20 minute trial on the massage chair, felt like I had a good spa day! Highly recommend for getting ergonomic anything from Relax the Back

Relax the Back has outstanding service. I broke the arms on my office chair. The store manager ordered new ones. Easily installed, my chair is like new! Thanks to the staff for being so helpful!!?

I experienced such great customer service here from both Nathan and Arya. They spent a lot of time making sure I was taken care of and answered all of my questions. So excited about my new ergonomic chair and pillow. As someone with chronic neck, back, and hip pain, I look forward to investing in more pieces from here in the future when I can.

I had a very productive visit with Arya. He gave me a lot of great suggestions for how I can improve my workstation swt up at my office to give my back as much relief as possible. I really appreciated all of the time he spent with me and all of the different suggestions he made, from the chair, to the monitor on a swivel, and the extra portable cushion with a cutout for my tailbone. It felt like he really cared about and wanted to improve my situation rather than just make a sale. I greatly appreciated his consideration and the time he spent with me (which went well past closing time) and I took him up on several suggestions. It has definitely improved my situation
