The best customer service I think I’ve EVER experience from a retail / product store. This was the greatest experience. Michael in the hill country galleria helped get us the best deal and was just wonderfully helping us with our purchase. Brian helped secure the final purchase since we decided to come back the next day to make the actual purchase. Both salesmen were absolutely great. We will ALWAYS come to this store for any future needs

Brian is amazing!! He was acutely aware of my pain issues, and made sure the mattress I chose was perfect for my needs. He is patient, attentive, and knowledgeable about the products he represents. An amazing experience! Dee Cortesio, the manager at the Hill Country Galleria location, is the BEST! We explained our situation to Dee. She calmly walked us through the science of the zero gravity recliner and explained how it might help my wife with her back pain. She encouraged my wife to try out several different models and explained the difference in each one. The relief was immediate. My wife was thrilled. I could not get her out of the showroom recliner. We purchased a Hale Zero Gravity Recliner with both heat and massage. Their “white glove service” brought it out and set it up at our house. Everything was perfect. My wife loves her Hale Premiere Zero Gravity Recliner with heat and massage. Thank you Dee! And thank you Relax the back. Relax the back in Bee Cave Hill Country Galleria shopping center is the best. From the time we walked in to the store to delivery Mike gave us exceptional service and any help we needed to get our new massage chair a new place in our home. Ahhhhh - I’m busy getting a massage right now.

Recently had major spine surgery and ordered a chair from them, the woman I talked to on the phone was very helpful in finding me the right chair. Once said chair was found she got the delivery all set up and the chair was at my house the next day. Now I have more places to relax while I recover.
