The experience here was great. Jill offered a great deal of knowledge regarding the massage chairs and the office chair and everything related to back posture and everything you need to better your health and lifespan. I think this place needs to be visit even if you think you may not need one you will be surprised the trying of the chairs is completely free and I think the experience of the staff here is way way more than you will expect from a normal salesman or saleswoman its simply amazing how much you need these chairs and I think you must stop here at least once in your lifetime

I had a remarkable experience working with Charles at the Houston Kirby location. Living in Louisiana I was unable to try out the zero gravity chairs. That said, I only felt confidence going w the Gravis due to Charles going through every single detail and helping me to compare the models over many phone calls. I received the chair today and feel this a new chapter in getting comfort despite my spine issues. Appreciate you Charles and Relax the Back!

Wonderful store and sales people! Charles did an absolutely outstanding job finding me the right office chair today and is a great person all around. I felt understood and empathized with in a way I hadn't in so many years about my struggles in a desk chair. He really wants to help you with your problems. No matter what your problem is these people are here to listen and help. Relax the back should be the only people selling office chairs. The wonderful level of customer assistance, the knowledge they have about the human body and ergonomics, and the quality of the products are the only way you should approach sitting at a desk all day. Huge shout out to Charles for the amazing customer service and for truly improving my life today. Jill was also very nice too and let me spend some quality time in a wonderful massage chair. Honestly, the people and this store are all just wonderful. Hopefully they will let me return for a couple of free massages in that massage chair lol!

I have a neck issue and needed to buy the mid-back executive chair, and Jill made the entire process easy and enjoyable. She knows her products inside and out, really listened to what I needed, and offered great guidance when it came to choosing the fabric. I couldn’t be happier with my chair or the experience.
