Roby's Furniture and Appliance

Got a new washer last week from them, the belt underneath decided to split and take an electronic component with it. This was after it ran perfect 4 separate times before hand. Roby's did little to help and the person on the phone was rather indifferent and unprofessional. I expect better and deserve better as a local customer.

From the sales process to the delivery, we were always impressed with the quality of service provided. Our salesman, David, was patient and helpful, and actually was able to facilitate delivery of our bedroom set much faster than originally thought. Our delivery guys, Tom and Will, were helpful, courteous, and moved our furniture with respect and care for the furniture, the house, and the less than helpful animals that wanted to watch everything. We highly recommend that you purchase your furniture from Roby’s.

When my dryer quit working last week, I called Roby's. I work all the time so going into a store was not an option. They walked me through what they had. I paid for what I wanted over the phone and they set me up a time to work best with my busy schedule. The whole transaction took less than 15 minutes. 2 days later Tom and Will were prompt and professional. They got my old dryer right out and got the new one right in. Took less than 30 minutes. I am thrilled with my new dryer and appreciate them working with me and my schedule. I will def order from again in the future! Thanks guys!!!

Shayla and David are wonderful! They helped me with appliances and delivered the same week. Great delivery service too! Tom and his partner hooked everything up and made it simple! Thank you all so much! Excellent customer service! ❤️🤗

Tom & Will installed our new oven and they were on time, Courteous and very Professional! Well done Florence Roby’s for 5 star Customer Service from sales to installation!!!
