We walked in with an idea of what we wanted and Tom knew exactly where to start. We picked out a model and Tom ran us through the features and demonstrated how things work along with the options that were available. He asked a lot of questions about our sleeping habits and from that he was able to make recommendations on exactly what we wanted. We made a purchase that day and are very pleased with the experience.

Stay away from these beds. I paid for a king size bed and after only 2 years the air chamber started leaking and instead of replacing they want to charge for a new one. Not worth $4000 only to have to pay for a major part after 2 years. I should have bought a real mattress

Zero Stars for quality of the mattress, service after the sale and the "warranty"
The sales person will not tell you, their "15 year warranty" is prorated after 1 (ONE) year drops to 65%. Yes, you read that correctly. 12months and 1 day and they only cover 65% and it drops 5% every single year thereafter. That should tell you everything you need to know, they know their product is nothing but a fancy air mattress and will fail with the first couple of years. We purchased 14 months ago and it's already failed. Almost $200 for the replacement chamber and we get to install it ourselves!!!! What a great product and tremendous service.
The sales person will not disclose the prorated portion of the "15 year warranty" or how quickly it begins to prorate and how severe the drop off is after 1 year. Buyer beware. The mattress is decent, nothing special, I'd prefer my Tempur-Pedic. But this is an air mattress, it will develop mechanical failure due to air and pressure and you are NOT covered. Better off buying a mattress that doesn't develop mechanical failure
And with regards to your response, thank you for reminding everyone to never trust your employees. Certainly, your response is everything your potential future customers need to know. Your employees can't be trusted. Thank you for your honesty

Return Customer, purchased 1st Sleep Number bed 10 years ago. On 7/26/2025, we purchased a new Flextop East King C360 Smart Bed and LIFESTYLE Furniture (Upholstered headboard, footboard and frame) from Sleep Professional Tom M. Tom was outstanding to work with. He had extensive product knowledge and was very professional.
On 10/22/2025 everything was delivered but nearly an hour late. The delivery men arrived sweating, which of course fell onto the new bed and furniture. The footboard was noted to have a blue ink stain on it. To run the bed diagnostics, the lead tech asked us for our Wireless Password. That was NOT provided! There was a way for us to run the diagnostics but he did not know how. He called his corporate office for assistance but was placed on an extended hold. Eventually a service representative walked us through the setup but the lead tech did not know how to use the remotes, lights and syncing the sound. He also did not know about the other deliverables he was to bring and set up.
At this point he became frustrated, annoyed and impatient with us. We were informed that a new set of furniture would have to be ordered.
The next day, we went back to the store and spoke with Tom about our unacceptable bed delivery experience. Tom referred us to his store director Kevin. Kevin chose to communicate with us only by text and ignored all my phone messages. I was finally able to reach him by phone several days later. After hearing about our issues and experience, he informed me there was nothing he could do for us because Sleep Number was contracted with an outside furniture company and I would have to speak with them regarding my issues. He was no help, accepting no accountability nor responsibility. As the store director, he had no interest in assisting us with problem resolution or ensuring our total customer satisfaction, no matter whatever it took.
On 9/12/2025, our replacement furniture was delivered. After setup, it was determined that the headboard speakers were not operable. This could not be repaired and NEW Furniture Would Have To be Ordered! I called the Customer Service Center myself. Out of total dissatisfaction regarding the Lack of Quality Control, Product Satisfaction, Customer Experience and the unwillingness to resolve all issues, I decided to cancel and return everything.
To my surprise (but noted on the sales terms and condition), the furniture was not returnable and the bed must be kept for 30 days and if "not completely satisfied", a request on the 31st day could be made. In addition, there was a $250.00 fee for returning the bed. Go Figure!
On 10/8/2025, on the third try, new furniture was delivered without issue and the bed was hauled off and returned. The delivery crew had to made two trips, because they were not informed of the bed return.
Oh also, the corporate office says to expect our refund, in 21 days.
Never again would we purchase a Sleep Number Bed. This was a totally unbelievable experience and unacceptable business practices.

We happened into the Sleep Number store since we were just across the street, to simply "check out" options for replacing our Sleep Number bed of 20+ years. While the bed we have has served us (and our parents) well during that time, we'd talked about checking out new technology and perhaps moving into the 21st century at some point in the future! We were greeted ever so friendly by Dennis who was quickly able to get us started on the path of options and after trying out just about every bed available, we were starting to warm up to the idea of replacing our vintage bed sooner rather than later. Dennis was a very good listener, answering our questions even before we knew to ask them and exciting us about the qualities a new bed could offer. We never once felt pressured to make any decisions. We left with plans to consider the options and promised we'd keep in touch. He did and we did and the next day we ordered our new Sleep Number bed with new technology we're sure to enjoy. Dennis was a kind, caring and informative kind of guy who does his job well. He and his cohorts created a very welcoming environment and it was a pleasure to do business with them. A trip to the Cedar Park store would be highly recommended if you're considering a new bed. And even if you aren't, drop by anyway! It's relaxing to put your feet up for a bit with some very friendly folks!!
