Ahh, yes. Rooms To Go, this is where you need to go when it comes to furniture for your entire house. We came here looking for a bed room at but ended up purchasing a living room set. What made us switch, you ask? My fiancée fell in love with the look of these mid-century modern sofa and love seat set. The color scheme and 60's look grabbed her attention. Combined with an end table, coffee table, and a table that goes behind the sofa; we were all in! The sales person, Lisa, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and patient. She made the buying experience delightful. She's very friendly, not pushy, and assisted us through our moments of indecision. I'm not going to lie, due to us swapping out a few pieces from the original set, the price was higher than what I expected but was not overpriced. Their ZERO interest financing made it even sweeter! We will be coming back soon for the bedroom set. Oh, the quality of the furniture here is great. Everything has high level craftsmanship. Nothing looked cheap or mass produced. All in all, my final thought is this, if you are searching for a furniture set for any room in your house, or simply need a single piece, Rooms To Go is where you need to go first. Their selection, vast. Their quality, top of the line. Their service, second to none. Their financing, can't be beat. Rooms To Go, that's the stuff!

I’m very disappointed with my experience. Communication with representatives has been unclear from the beginning, and important details were never fully explained. The color of the product looks completely different in person compared to what is shown on the website, which was a major letdown. I was told there is a 48-hour policy to call back with any concerns, but when I did, I was informed that I could only make one re-selection — something that was never mentioned beforehand. Because of this, I’m now stuck with a $3,000 modular sofa that I strongly dislike. Additionally, when the delivery team came the second time, the delivery person told me that if I was unhappy I should contact support and they would help resolve the issue. If I had known that refusing the delivery was an option, I absolutely would have done so. That option was never clearly communicated to me. Overall, the lack of transparency and misleading expectations made this a very frustrating purchase. I would not have proceeded had the policies, limitations, and color differences been clearly explained upfront.

From the moment we walked in George took expert care of us ! He asked all the right questions to get us exactly what we didn’t even know we were looking for !!! 🤣 I have finally found a piece of furniture for me to sit and be comfortable on ! We went to lunch and when we came back he had searched out some pieces for me. So very knowledgeable, and kind, definitely not a pushy salesperson ! We are new to the area and he was helpful in that regard as well !
