We went in to RTG looking to furnish several rooms in our rental condo...the living/dining area and 2 bedrooms. Jamie spent about 5 hours with us, making sure to show us all the options when we told her the pieces we were looking for. Her knowledge is only surpassed by her patience. She is by far, one of the best sales people I have ever met. Not only was she wonderful the day of our initial purchase, but over the next few days, each time we would come into the store for additional pieces, she was great. Jamie also spent time with us on the phone once we got back home, helping us to ensure our billing was correct (it was)! I would highly recommend Jamie and we will definitely be back to see her when we need more furniture!

The sectional we purchased looks made for the room! The store manager, Phillip, is wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend RTG, ask for Keith, you won’t regret it!
View on GoogleThis is my second time purchasing furniture from Rooms To Go, and once again I had an outstanding experience thanks to Christy and Michael. Christy is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and seems to know everything about the furniture in the store. As we walk around, she looks up information, answers every question, and really takes the time to understand my style and what I'm trying to accomplish in each room. She doesn't just try to sell furniture—she genuinely helps you put a room together and goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your choices. Her patience, expertise, and attention to detail make the whole process enjoyable. I'd also like to recognize Michael, who helps customers load purchases into their vehicles. He is always so kind, respectful, and willing to help with a smile. It's obvious he cares about providing great customer service, and his positive attitude doesn't go unnoticed. Employees like Christy and Michael are a big reason I'll continue coming back to Rooms To Go. Thank you both for making every visit such a great experience!

From the moment we met him, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions and made the entire experience feel personal rather than rushed. When we returned to make our purchase, we specifically asked for Trenton, only to find out he had just left for the day. Another salesperson called him, and without hesitation, he turned around and came back to the store. He spent the next couple of hours with us, making sure we had everything we needed and were completely happy with our selections. Trenton went above and beyond with his customer service. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication are truly exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend asking for Trenton if you visit the store! View on GoogleKeith Hert, aka, Big Bird, was absolutely great! No pressure, no hard sale. He answered all my questions. He was patient and helpful when I asked to move furniture pieces and assemble them in proximity to each other. Keith went out of his way get me the best priced packages. He was clear and detailed. I highly recommend you ask for Big Bird when you walk thru the doors. The reference to “Big Bird” is obvious when you meet him. He knows his furniture.
