Sleep Number

My purchase experience was great. Grant was professional yet friendly. He answered all my questions and clearly explained all the different options for sleep number beds. My wife has spine issues and now needs an adjustable bed. Of the options available on market today I found sleep number to be best choice and working with Grant again a great buying experience.

I have had my sleep number bed for a while now and originally waited too long to get it. But when I finally did, I purchased the ILE Flextop King some years ago and have had zero regrets ever since. The sales folks working in the Destin Florida branch have always been great, but today the store took customer satisfaction to the next level. My dealings with David and the store manager Mr. Grant completely made our day. So much so we purchased more accessories for our bed just because of how awesome they were. Great customer service is hard to come by these days so when we fin it we hold onto it. Especially when you’re phenomenal like the Destin store continues to be. Which only ensures our commitment to any/all future purchases. So with that said, we want to thank sleep number of Destin Florida for your patience, your kindness, and the respect given to us throughout the sale. Anyone who truly cares about receiving quality sleep should absolutely consider grabbing a sleep number bed. It’s truly life changing….Thanks again 👍🏻

The mattress was fine until the air chamber started leaking. I have to reair several times each night. Called warranty and told it would cost over $400 to repair. I was told I have a 20 year warranty. Paying almost 50% of purchase is not a warranty, it’s a ripoff. I asked for a supervisor to contest that decision. I was told they couldn’t help. When I asked to speak to their boss I was told they didn’t have one. Not very good customer service. I purchased this product because of the supposed warranty. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Grant was super helpful. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to make sure when our bed is delivered everything is taken care of. Great experience!! 11/1/25 When reviewing the response to my post I noticed I forgot to mention how helpful Michael was. When Grant was going to adjust the bed height in the showroom, so I could try it. Michael assisted him. I t was a lot of work and I am very grateful they were willing to do that. They are a great team. Thanks again!

Grant was extremely knowledgeable, personal, and professional. It was a pleasure working with him to buy the perfect mattress. He converted me to a Sleep Number Customer!
