I had a wonderful experience at Rooms To Go, and it all started with our sales representative, Roger Pollman. He was incredibly helpful in breaking down a sectional into exactly the pieces we needed to fit our home. Roger was friendly, patient, and never made us feel pressured. He even loaded all the pieces into an online cart so we could purchase everything at our convenience, and he followed up with quick, helpful texts whenever I had questions. The delivery team was also amazing. They took great care moving the furniture into the house, making sure everything was handled gently and placed exactly where we needed it. They were friendly, positive, and clearly cared about doing the job well. Honestly, we could not have pulled this entire setup together without Roger. He made the whole process smooth, easy, and enjoyable. We’re so grateful for his help and thrilled with our new furniture.

Kiosha Hodge was my salesperson. She was patient and kind. Her professional knowledge of the products were reassuring that i was making the right choice. She had me from entry to exit. I was in and out in a short time. I will, and I do recommend asking for her if you are in the market for furniture from roomstogo. She is the best experience about my purchase. Norton was our salesperson, and he was attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. My husband and I called on the phone and he was so helpful we came right in. We were going to buy at Ashley but the salesperson wasn’t honest. So glad we worked with Norton!

Came in today looking for a birthday gift for my girlfriend. Alex Martinez made it not only a great shopping experience but put his knowledge of furniture into helping me make the perfect decision.
