Giovanna on the independence Boulevard location was absolutely fabulous. She was quick and efficient and made great suggestions for my entire room to be set up. I appreciated the help, but she also didn’t push me and let me browse and make the decision that I needed to. I highly recommend going to see her!

I want to provide feedback after we received the king size bedroom set on June 8th. Two days later, most of the wooden palettes under the king size bed broke in pieces leaving the adjustable frame and king size mattress out of the frame and half way down the floor. This was in the middle of the night. We are not able to sleep since then. Few days later, I called the store’s customer service who asked me to email photos of the damaged palettes. They called me back immediately as they pictures clearly show the broken pieces. I asked for a technician to come to either fix or or provide a new bed. They could not get me a technician until second week of July which is totally unacceptable. Sleep is one of the most important factors in living a healthy life. Over the phone, the customer agent suggested to visit the store. I visited the store on Saturday, 6/27 and was able to speak to the manager on the floor. After explaining the situation again, it seemed my experience was funny to them. I do not appreciate the service I have received so far. The palettes continue breaking at night and we are sleeping sideways. I am out of ideas on how to convey to the store the importance of correcting their mistake when the bed was installed on 6/8/2026. The manager on the floor provided ideas and asure me that a technician was to contact me today so that someone could come out this week to fix the problem. This is completely unacceptable. I paid cash for the king size mattress, adjustable frame and bedroom set. I need a knowledgeable and responsible manager who can make effective decisions to contact me to resolve this problem. I am so disappointed with Room to Go. Please show your customer service in a timely and efficient manner. We are still waiting for your phone call.

It was a great experience! Giovanna was a great help! Very friendly & knowledgable about the furniture that she was selling. She was helpful in guiding me to the style of furniture that I told her I wanted. I’m pleased with my purchase and will be back.

I bought living room furniture from Rooms To Go on Independence Boulevard about a month ago. The furniture was larger than I expected, but I was on vacation and did not realize it at the time. When I came back home, I noticed that it was very tight in my living room and there was not much space left. I asked for help, and the manager was very kind, understanding, and down-to-earth. He helped me a lot with the exchange process and made everything much easier. The salesman, Mr. Steve, was also very professional and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate their help and outstanding service. I will definitely shop there again and recommend Rooms To Go to my friends and family.

Love Rooms To Go. Have been a repeat customer for many years. Our sales representative (JD) was very helpful for getting us the furniture that fit our needs. No pushy sales to make a sale. Very pleasant to work with and found common ground with him. We highly recommend this company.
