First experience at Rooms To Go. Salesperson was very nice furniture was delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered. It’s a four piece couch modular design. Three of the pieces were Damaged on delivery through no fault of the drivers they were just damaged pieces they were replaced and here we are a month and a half later and one of the pieces is just sort of not aligned with the rest and fabric is bucking a bit. It is poor workmanship and I’m goin to call the store (Stuart/Jensen Beach, FL)but I figured I’d post this and maybe they’d call me. I’d like that last piece replaced too or the whole couch taken away cause I feel like it’s not gonna last more than a year and there’s only two people in this house.

My wife and I were greeted by Amanda who answered a few questions about a sofa recliner. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us around and answered all questions while offering her professional advise. We trusted her good taste so we ended up buying two love seats and a set of tables. We were so please with the service that she rendered and her friendly approach. Great job 👍

We’ve really enjoyed shopping at the Jensen Beach Rooms To Go since moving to Florida. Unfortunately, our most recent experience has ended that, and we can no longer recommend the store to friends. We purchased a leather sofa along with the protection plan they recommended, expecting coverage if issues developed. When discoloration appeared, the claim through the protection plan was denied without ever sending a technician. For context, we took proper care of the sofa—used the recommended cleaning/conditioning products and kept it covered to prevent further discoloration. This was not due to misuse. We went to the store in person, where management reviewed our photos and led us to believe the issue would be taken care of, and we were even shown replacement options. Rooms To Go eventually sent their own technician, who indicated it appeared to be a material issue rather than misuse. However, corporate later denied the claim, cited the 1-year warranty cutoff, and refused to provide the technician’s report despite repeated requests. Very disappointing experience, especially after being led to believe the store and protection plan would stand behind the product.

We had an outstanding experience at Rooms To Go thanks to LK. From the moment we walked in, LK was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and truly focused on helping us find exactly what we needed. There was never any pressure — just excellent customer service and genuine care throughout the entire process. LK made the experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone with such a positive attitude and strong professionalism these days. Rooms To Go is lucky to have someone like LK representing their company. I highly recommend asking for LK if you visit the store. Fantastic experience from start to finish!
