Rooms To Go

I’m happy with my experience at Rooms to Go in Boca Raton. The store has an extensive collection of furniture at comparatively reasonable prices. Don G. the sales person approached us and asked if we wanted to browse by ourselves or have him accompany us. I opted for him to join us. He answered our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed. After we purchased a chair and said we’d pick it up in 2 days, Don walked us over to the pick-up location and advised what we needed to do on pick-up day, which I appreciated. Don was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. We were able to get our chair one day earlier than originally planned, and Ayiana was helpful in arranging this. She was very pleasant to deal with. The porter Jermone bubble-wrapped the chair before we arrived, and he helped us get it safely into our vehicle. We unwrapped the chair at home and found it to be in perfect condition.

1 star I purchased this sectional with insurance, but when I reached out for help, they did not want to do anything. Customer service was not helpful and did not seem to care about resolving the issue. This furniture is supposed to be made with Sunbrella fabric, which is advertised for exterior use, yet it is already looking terrible. The material is wearing out and looks like garbage much sooner than it should. What makes this even more frustrating is that the entire sectional is kept under a pergola, so it is not even fully exposed to the elements. Based on the quality, durability, and lack of support, I am very disappointed. Here’s a stronger version if you want it a bit more direct: 1 star Very disappointed with Rooms To Go. This sectional has Sunbrella fabric, which is supposed to be made for outdoor use, but it is already falling apart and looks terrible. The whole sectional is kept under a pergola, so it is not even exposed directly like normal outdoor furniture would be. For the price, the quality is unacceptable, and the lack of support makes it even worse. I would not recommend buying outdoor furniture from Rooms To Go.

I walked into this store several months ago and was greeted by Don. I was only looking around back then but he was still extremely patient, helpful and professional. When I was ready to purchase a few weeks later I made certain to ask for him. I purchased a comfortable, stylish bedroom set and several accessory pieces. Don, makes the shopping for new furniture and home ideas seamlessly easy. He is my go to person at the Rooms to Go location in Boca. All the staff are amazing!
