We were fortunate to be greeted by Kevin upon our arrival and throughout the entire experience, which actually started on Saturday and ended on Sunday, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. He was patient, knowledgeable, and informative. He answered all of our questions, and trust me we had plenty. He thorough explained all the features and mechanisms of the mattresses and even set our apps up for us. Buying a new mattress is not easy. It's an investment of not only money, but time, and mostly of future sleep quality. You want to make sure you're getting the right one, and Kevin helped us make that final decision with full confidence. Everyone at the store, including his manager, was super nice and helpful. I especially appreciated that there was no high pressure sales tactics used, demonstrating the true job of a salesperson, to provide a service to the customer by providing information and guiding them to the right solution for their specific needs. Kevin did just that, especially since my partner and i have very different preferences and needs. Thank you Kevin for staying late with us on Saturday, yet after doing so, giving us the freedom to leave without buying so we could go talk it over as a couple during dinner, sleep on it, and decide if we wanted to come back to purchase. That level of confidence in your product and desire to serve and put the customer first with no pressure is what makes you so great at what you do. Keep doing it. I highly recommend this store for your new mattress needs and when you walk in, please ask for Kevin. You won't be disappointed. He truly is top notch!

From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of by Lexi, who was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what we needed to help us find the perfect setup. We ended up purchasing the Sleep Number Lux mattress bundle with the adjustable base, and it has been a game-changer. It is truly like falling asleep on a cloud every single night. We are waking up feeling more rested than we have in years, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. If you are in the market for a new bed, I highly recommend visiting this location in Stuart and asking for Lexi. Kevin answered all our questions, explained the features of several mattresses, and helped us get into the perfect one for us. He was patient and knowledgeable, but what I appreciated the most is he wasn’t pushy like a lot of salespeople are. He gave us time to talk it over and think about it and was ready for us when we were ready, even after staying late for us only to have us say we’d come back the next day. View on GoogleI had a Sleep Number bed that was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I went into the Sleep Number store in Stuart and was greeted with a smile by Brandon. He showed me the mattress’ available that fit my sleeping pattern and time to try each one. I purchased one and arrangements were made for delivery. I got an email the day before delivery and the delivery was made within 15 minutes of the stated time and it was great. I am very pleased with this whole experience and especially the quality of sleep I am getting.
