Rooms To Go

We had a very nice sales man Andy yusko. We purchased a sectional sofa large rug and coffee table. When the order arrived the left and right chases were a completely different color, Style and fabric. We all make mistakes and even my husband and I didnt catch this. But we decided upon returning the pieces that were incorrect only to find out later that the return policy becomes longer if you don't keep the incorrect pieces because of them having to take the pieces all the way back to the watehouse and then processing a return and then correcting the mistake. Tjey said it would have been sooner if we kept the wrong pieces but this was after the delivery guys left and we didn't want the wrong pieces anyway. So now we have to wait over a week for our two pieces, leaving us with only a loveseat. I have a party planned in a few days and I guess my guests can sit on the ground. Customer service called to let me know they will "try" to get me 100 dollars off my 199.99 shipping costs. Terrible customer service. Super disappointed.

Watch out for their furniture quality. I bought a leather couch sofa set for my living room in 2013, thinking they were all leather, but it turns out they were part leather, part composite. The sofas were initially wonderful to the touch, soft and fluffy. 8 years ago the back and sides started peeling, at first it was a little, and over time it was gross. I went in the store to ask about that. They claimed they had nothing to do with the product and they hid behind the excuse that since they were bought back in 2013, there was nothing they could do except buy a new set. Are you kidding me? My family and I were under the impression the couches were ALL leather, not some portions!! And the way my living room is set up, the peeling leather panels were the first thing on sight. I called Customer Service recently and spoke to a supervisor, a curt man named David Alfonso. Who plainly denied they could do anything about at least giving me a partial credit for such DECEITFUL sales practice. The sofas were initially wonderful, but no one told me that they were NOT ALL LEATHER and with time the COMPOSITE PANELS WOULD PEEL. That's poor business practice. And I DO NOT recommend you spend your money at Rooms to Go. They're happy to take it, sell you a low quality product and not even their 3-year, hundred-plus-dollar so called "extra warranty" will cover their poor quality furniture and awful post-sales customer service. The pictures here show the sofas in my living room upon arrival, and how they ended up. Update 12/12/2025 I heard from the so-called "owner". The email address is a generic one but still sent my email stating the deceit during the purchase process. His response was disconnected and non-sensible. See attached photo of his response. This is the post sale service you get. Great at taking your money but bye bye after. Go elsewhere.

Full of patience and very knowledgeable and professional. We are looking forward to receiving our new dining room and for sure we will be repeat customers. Have shopped for years at Okeechobee store. After associate Ellen Leepond greeted my husband and I the first time we made a major purchase we have asked for her every time we go back. Great service from Ellen and great value at RTG!
