Rooms To Go

Mercedes helped me find the perfect recliner. Taking mental notes as she watched my reactions as I sat and tested each one. I always have a hard time with recliner’s, always to big and uncomfortable on my neck. She was very patient and helpful guiding me through all the chairs. I did find the perfect one!

Yany made our experience at Rooms To Go exceptional! She helped us pick out the perfect bed for our daughter and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was welcoming, hilarious, informative, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. We’ve shopped at Rooms To Go before, but this was by far our best experience. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine personality made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Yany, for going above and beyond—we truly appreciate your outstanding customer service!

I had a great experience at Rooms To Go thanks to Joaquin. He helped me find the perfect mattress for my grandfather and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Joaquin truly cared about helping us choose the best option instead of just trying to make a sale. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made a big difference. I’m very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend asking for Joaquin if you’re shopping for a mattress at Rooms To Go!

I Puchase a Cindy Crawford sectional January 2022. Spent $4900. Late 2025 the recliner switch stopped working. I was told "unfortunately for me it's out of warranty". Didn't offer a way for me to even pay for replacement part. Just told me I was on my own. Horrible customer service. Poor quality products.

I would like to thank Manny for the outstanding service he provided at Rooms To Go. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without any pressure. He made our shopping experience easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate his excellent customer service and highly recommend him. Thank you, Manny!
