Casper - Dadeland Mall

Great experience at the Casper store in Dadeland. Brian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy, he took the time to help me find the right mattress for my sleep style and explained the differences between the models in a way that was easy to understand. The store had a relaxed, high-end feel and the whole process was smooth. Super happy with my purchase and the comfort/support of the mattress so far. Highly recommend ask for Brian if you go in!

On February 15th I had the pleasure of having Brain from Casper help me choose the right mattress for me. I had a great experience, Brian was incredibly helpful, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, provided detailed and informative explanations, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. My boyfriend and I had such an amazing experience. We first went into Casper about 2 months ago (Labor day weekend) for the first time and were greeted by Stephanie, who made our in-store experience a 10/10. She showed us all the models of mattresses and shared in great detail the benefits of each one based on what we were looking for. We really liked the Snow Max but at that time we’re not 100% sold on buying, even with an amazing sale going on. She was very patient with us and texted/emailed all the information to us, so when we were ready to move forward, we knew exactly what we wanted to get. She stayed in contact with us to let us know of future sales that were going on. Fast forward to the Black Friday sale, and she was just as pleasant when helping us. We finally made the purchase and we couldn’t be happier going with Casper! Another worker, Brian, also made our second visit amazing. He even helped put our new mattress in the car as it was a pretty big box. Just the service alone by both Stephanie and Brian, was a 10/10. Now we can’t wait to try out our mattress and have the best sleeps ever! Thank you both!
