This is our second time buying from Mattress Firm! Our salesperson was Kevin and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us choose our king size mattress. We bought a King Stern's & Foster!

I recently purchased a King Bed from Mattress Firm at Pinellas Park, and what a terrific experience it was from start to finish. My sales person Pedro...I truly cannot say enough nice things about him. What a great guy. Very knowledgeable of the products in all aspects, and he truly cares about what you are looking for and helps you in the process of deciding even if you are unsure of what you want exactly, which I wasn't. He helps you break down what you are looking for based on trial testing of different mattress types and asking informative questions. He also understands your price point, and gives you great recommendations based off of that, while also offering you something of very good quality. I am a hospitality veteran of almost two decades, and I can honestly say that Pedro is one of the best customer service individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. If you are looking for a new mattress or bed set, please do yourself a favor and see Pedro. I promise you will not be disappointed with your experience and end result. I had a great experience from start to finish. I initially called on a Monday while searching for a new mattress for my husband and me, and Nathan was the one who answered. He was very pleasant, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. When we visited the store, it was a pleasure to meet him in person. Nathan was knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, guiding us to the perfect mattress for our needs. He also explained how the mattress we chose would help improve my sleep, which made me feel confident in our purchase. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth, enjoyable buying experience.

Nathan was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to get to know who we were as sleepers and what we were looking to accomplish, and issues wanting resolved before recommending any bed. He made recommendations based on our price point and helped us achieve what we desired all while staying in budget. Shockingly, changing a height of a pillow to change comfortability of a mattress and it worked. Very happy with him and the process! Can’t wait to get our new bed and sleep in comfort!
