March2026: 4⭐: I would recommend this location. I saw that there was a sale on some furniture that I was interested in and decided to stop by this location to see it in person. I was greeted upon entry and eventually found the furniture that I was looking for in this store. I decided to go ahead and make a purchase of the furniture pieces as a result of seeing that there was some type of discount if it was purchased within the next several days as a result of the holiday.

Had a great experience at Rooms To Go and wanted to recognize J.P. for his excellent service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, zero pressure while providing solid suggestions, and helped me find the right furniture for my new apartment. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Thanks, J.P.!

A+ Customer Service: Replacing some furniture, decided to stop in at Rooms To Go in The Colony, and boy am I elated that I did. I had the pleasure to be serviced by Douglas C. Douglas gave us the space to shop, but was readily available to answer any questions or concerns. It’s always great to see people still passionate in the Service industry—especially since it’s very hard to find basic customer service. I don’t write reviews much, but couldn’t pass on someone who goes above and beyond. If you’re thinking about buying now or in the future, stop by and ask for Douglas.
