This review is for Mark!! My couch was delivered today, the sweetest Valentines delivery! The delivery went very smooth! I had to hunt Mark down after finding out our Plano location has been closed for a bit. Mark is AMAZING!! He was so kind, patient, and accommodating. I enjoyed conversing with him and getting a couch I never imagined, but LOVE so much! Thank you Mark for your kindness.

High-Dollar Purchase, Zero Post-Sale Accountability I recently purchased an entire room furniture set from Rooms To Go. While the furniture itself is fine, the post-sale support, sales guidance, and customer service were deeply disappointing. If you are spending thousands of dollars here, be warned that once they have your money, you are on your own. During checkout, the salesperson added a recommended rug pad to my order. The experience went downhill immediately upon delivery: The Mistake: The delivery team installed a rug pad that was visibly too large, extending past the edges of the rug. The Contradiction: The delivery team told me not to trim it, claiming it would void the warranty. Later, after hours on the phone with support, a different representative told me to just "trim it myself"—directly contradicting their own team. The Poor Attitude: Customer service acknowledged that the salesperson, Mirko, ordered the wrong size. When Mirko called me back, he was irritated, dismissive, and treated me like an inconvenience for pointing out his ordering error. This isn’t about the cost of a rug pad. It is about a complete lack of ownership, inconsistent communication, and a company expecting the customer to manually fix a mistake made by their own sales staff. Advice to future buyers: Double-check every single accessory recommendation and size before signing. Do not rely on their expertise, and don't expect them to fix it if they get it wrong.

I worked with Aaron and he was a very nice gentleman who helped us find my dream living room set for an affordable price. He helped us with getting things set up for my first apartment and made it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I love that he wasn’t overbearing and was willing to sit down and go over any questions we had to make our experience a better one. I highly recommend asking for him if you can!

This was such a great experience. The sales people were attentive and answered my questions. The entire team was willing to help. You could tell they were a team. The store has such great selections and quality products. I went there to find a bedroom set for my daughter and the children’s section has such great deals. I can’t wait for the new years sale!
