Safavieh Home Furnishings

We have purchased a number of furniture pieces at Safavieh this past year. We love dealing with our in store designer Melissa. She is amazing, a great eye for color and design and so lovely and helpful in all of our interactions. The furniture is gorgeous and so well made. The delivery and customer service has been impeccable. I would highly recommend as all of our experiences have been exceptional.

Just received my “Caracole” nighstands, ordered from Safavieh in Hartsdale and they are stunning! I was unsure if they would work well with my bed or clash with it, but Mel Sarhane was phenomenal with both design guidance and customer service support - they turned out exactly as she had advised. Thank you Safavieh in Hartsdale for accommodating me and Mel for your outstanding work. Look forward to coming back!

Melissa is an excellent design consultant and sales person. We’ve used her for years and keep going back because the service is exceptional. From her responsiveness to her decor choices to her willingness to be supportive in accommodating our requests, you can’t get a better furnishing and design experience.

A plethora of top quality custom furniture at very reasonable prices. Gary at Hartsdale location is the most delightful and pleasurable sales professional I’ve ever dealt with. Great job!

Highest praise for the service we received from Alen at Safavieh Home Furhnishings! We ordered a sleeper sofa from Safevieh after finding the store online. Their price and service could not be beat. We had a tight timeline to meet, and Alen was good on his word. Our sofa was shipped all the way across the country with Alen tracking our order and regularly emailing us to ensure that all went smoothly.
