Safavieh Home Furnishings

Pretty but the items were more expensive than safavieh stuff on websites like Amazon, and there’s no clear area to get specific things, so stuff is scattered throughout the store. So you’d be paying more and then hunting around and then paying shipping to your home. It was nice to see what the stuff I’m going to get from Amazon looks irl. Beautiful but impractical.

I bought this mirror about three months ago and unfortunately it developed a crack that slowly started expanding. Since it’s a high-value piece, I was worried at first, but the customer service completely exceeded my expectations. Nazila assisted me and her service was absolutely excellent. She responded quickly, handled my request right away, and arranged for a replacement mirror without any complications. I truly love this mirror and I’m so happy everything was resolved so smoothly. The support I received made all the difference. Nazila was incredibly professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store and I would gladly purchase from them again, especially because of the outstanding service I received.

We had a wonderful experience at Safavieh, from browsing, purchase and delivery. Thank you Omar, for taking such good care of us and personally seeing that our rug and glass top table were delivered on time.

We had a great experience working with Omar at Safavieh Home. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. He made the ordering experience smooth and was quick to answer questions and provide support when needed. We really appreciate his professionalism, as well as the support from the Safavieh team, and look forward to continuing to work with him.
