I've shopped here many times, and just like before, Mobi was so helpful with my furniture selection and made sure I got it the same day they had it - lightning speed! He called personally to check on how the delivery went, and that's the kind of service one expects (but rarely gets) in this city. Thankfully, Safavieh has it together! Thank you, Mobi!

I came in looking for a rug for my new apartment, and Mehzabin went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. She took the time to understand my lifestyle and walked me through the different rug materials, helping me choose something stylish, durable, and within budget, which I really appreciated. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was warm, knowledgeable, and even offered us sparkling water while we browsed. Even after we left the store, Mehzabin stayed in touch to ensure the delivery process was smooth and stress-free. Her communication was prompt and helpful every step of the way.
