I went into this location on 8/2. We spent almost 3 hrs picking out our special living room set for our new home. Charles assisted and was absolutely amazing and very patient ensuring we get exactly what we want. Got a quote on it at even an amazing price a sale was currently running. Locked in for a return in 2 weeks for our down payment. When I arrive they start the process from scratch I stop them to explain that I've already done that part and shared my quote that was given to me prior visit. From here things got weird. Quote that I was told stands for 90 days is now irrelevant and asking for almost triple of what I was given. Manager is now on floor telling me that it must have been bad math and they aren't honoring the price. I was so excited to move forward on this purchase and me personally as a business owner think it should have been handled better than this. We must do better in businesses from small LLCs to corporate. I wasn't asking for anything but to be honored what I originally was quoted and the price that I was originally given on the quote. From a great experience to a very discerning one.

Excellent sales staff— I was never pushed to purchase anything. They respectfully showed me the furniture I was interested in and explained their warranty policy.

They were great from the salesmen Charles I believe to the delivery guys and the girl who helped me get a credit line and prices were very fair. I have zero complaints. I bought a Matress and a mechanical frame. They set it up and were very nice

Bought an electric bed base had an issue and I had bought extended warranty, but they handled it amazingly. Very pleased and really appreciate them taking the extra steps to make everything all right! Thank you again!

excellent experience the salesperson was very, very super great sales person. He really put his all into helping me decide on a dinette table automatically we decided on so many tables and chairs. He definitely gave me a great opportunity and help me decide on a kitchen, dinette table and I really greatly appreciate him for all he done.
