My husband bought set of sofa from Schewels, and we are very disappointed with the insurance and customer service. We feel that we were misled about what the insurance covered and were not given honest information. When we needed help, the promises made to us were not honored. We feel cheated and would not recommend their insurance to anyone.”
View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this company. I feel like customers are being misled and treated unfairly. The information they gave me was not honest, and the service did not match what was promised. This kind of business practice is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not do business with this company again, and I do not recommend them to others.
