Mattress Firm Henderson

This is Mrs Alan. My husband and I share the account. I needed to find a mattress for my 87 year old mother. Full size, back support that would also cushion her arthritic joints and with good edge support (so she wouldn't slide off). Compatible with an adjustable bed. Upon entering the Henderson store, we were greeted by Phil who welcomed us like family. Phil listened carefully, asking appropriate questions and understood exactly what to recommend. He was especially attentive, patient, and kindly respectful to my mom. Made her laugh. He creatively accommodated her height challenge and found a step solution so she could manage to sit on and access the bed. A side note, we did due diligence and visited a competitor. No one around. A sea of mattresses but no pricing so we could scarcely even help ourselves. We left after several minutes, decision made to buy from Phil at Mattress Firm. Phil took time to address all concerns without any pressure at all. My mother was comfortable to make an informed decision that she is actually excited about. Looking forward to her new mattress. Thank you Phil. Mattress shopping is probably our least favorite experience but you made it so easy and even fun. May be chatting with you soon with another purchase!

I want to express my satisfaction with Randy at Mattress Firm in Henderson Co. Not liking sales people in general, but forced to go by my wife, I was really pleased with Randy. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive mattress for best commission Randy was interested in my concerns and budget. My wife sleeps very hot while I have severe back problems. He explained everything on several different options while keeping mind our budget. It was worth the drive and we are both very pleased. My wife has nicked named Randy, "The King of Sleep."

Couldn’t recommend more! Randy helped my family find our dream bed. Shopping for beds can be very stressful but Randy made this process a breeze. Randy doesn’t hound you and genuinely just wants to help! At check out there ended up being some technical difficulties but Randy was extremely patient and went to lengths to make this process as easy as possible for us. We will continue to use mattress firm and hope to deal with Randy anytime we need a bed going forward! :)

Randy was wonderful and explained all the different options available for the tempur-pedic mattresses and adjustable base. Randy also gave excellent advice on how to choose the best option.

Phil was the associate that helped us and he was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and hilarious. We got a great deal on a mattress and had a great experience.
