Sleep and Spas - Latham

Gil, was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I came in to search for hot tubs and we did not feel any pressure to buy, he was knowledgeable and friendly about everything. The dogs were a bonus too, as we love dogs! So cute and very well behaved. I would recommend going to see Gil when you are thinking about buying a hot tub or mattress. He made our whole experience in so much better. Thanks again Gil, YOU ROCK!

Stopped in to look for a new mattress and was greeted by Gil. Gil was incredibly helpful in looking at all the great options they had to offer. He was very through in explaining all the different types of mattresses they had to offer. He also listened very carefully to what type of mattress we were looking for and how we slept. He produced two pillows for us and we tried out several beds until we found the Sterns and Foster bed we liked. We had no plans to purchase an adjustable bed base but Gil explained and demonstrated to us they MANY benefits an adjustable bed offers. We were very pleased at how comfortable and versatile it made the mattress. We decided to purchase the basic head and foot adjustable model. After our purchase Gil kept us in the loop on delivery and were very happy to hear our bed would be delivered in about a week and a half after purchase as the mattress are ordered directly from the local Sterns and Foster Albany area factory. Gil later informed us that the adjustable base we ordered was on back order for several weeks and he, working with the owner upgraded us to another more expensive model at no additional cost, so our delivery would not be delayed! Now that is service!! We look forward to delivery this week! With service like that we will certainly be coming back for all our mattress and spa needs in the future and highly recommend them to all our friends and family!

It was quite a wonderful experience. My wife and I went to Sleep and Spa in search of our first Spa purchase and we were met by Gil. My wife and I had a general idea of what we were looking for but nothing specific. Gil was able to help us determine the best spa to fit our needs and wants. He was extremely knowledgeable on the products and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. There was no stupid question for Gil. His dog definitely made the experience a lot better. He is such a friendly pup. Gil and his pup made the whole experience wonderful. Gil will be receiving any and all of my business for my Spa needs. I highly recommend him.

We love our spa!! We purchased a Bullfrog A8 and it is such a huge quality of life improvement for our family, and of course our friends love it as well. We use it pretty much every day. Gil was our salesperson, he's a great guy to work with and was very helpful during the sales process, and afterwards all the way up to delivery and installation. I highly recommend both the Bullfrog line (we love the interchangeable jet packs and uncomplicated plumbing) and purchasing it from Gil @ Sleep & Spas. You definitely won't regret it that's for sure :)

I wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the exceptional service we received from Gil at Sleep And Spas in Latham. We were new to the hot tub market and Gil took the time to explain everything to us as well as answer all of our questions….and we definitely had plenty of them!!! He was prompt with all communications and very professional. Gil went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with buying the right hot tub to fit our families needs. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Gil along with Sleep and Spas to anyone in the hot tub market.
