City Mattress

We went to buy a new mattress for a spare bedroom. It would be low use, maybe 30 nights/year so we didn't want to spend a lot. Michael the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. We initially thought of the Nectar hybrid, but eventually decided on the Brooklynn foam. The bed was medium/firm, good construction and made in the USA. The price was perfect, less than we had originally thought we would spend. It was on sale. The bed, box and frame were delivered the next week (no charge). We were able to track the delivery, so we knew exactly when it would arrive. The delivery guys were professional, friendly, and went right to setting it up. We have bought all of our mattresses from City Mattress over the last 20 years. Always satisfied with the quality and price. We'll be shopping for a new queen next month and certainly will stop back to City Mattress.

Cheryl was a pleasure to do business with. She was kind, professional, courteous and very informative. She exudes a tremendous amount of honesty. We liked the way she assessed our needs by specifically recommending and trying a few specific mattresses based on our concerns. She knows her products. Thank you for making a difficult decision a pleasurable experience.

Cheryl Kramer and Sunny Vadera helped up select a new mattress to help with a back issue I was having. Initially Cheryl helped us select a model that I hoped would ease some of the discomfort I'd been having. Later when we made the decision to buy the mattress Sunny stepped in to help finish the sales process. What I appreciated was the level of professionalism and teamwork that helped to complete the process. We will continue to buy products from that store in the future. We know we can rely on them. Thank you Steve and Alice
