I had a great experience working with Calvin at Sleep Number! He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me choose the mattress that best fit my needs. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and made the decision easy. To avoid a solid 0-star experience, make sure to strictly follow these 3 golden rules before stepping into this store: 1. Make sure you have enough money for their expensive mattress and just ask to buy it right away. Do NOT walk around the store, browse, or ask the staff about the differences between mattresses. Also do NOT dare lie down to try them out, because the staff's time is way too valuable to waste on random people who aren't placing an order. If you waste their time, they will get offended. See Rule 2 for what happens when you offend them. 2. Treat the staff with 100% politeness, just like they are your customers. Do NOT boss them around or express any feeling toward their mattresses other than "this is what I want!" The staff's nerves are super sensitive, so if you keep rambling and offend them, they’ll instantly stop serving you, turn around, and walk away, which might make you feel extremely embarrassing. 3. Make sure you don't have any health issues, especially neck, shoulder, or back pain. If you have any issues, you’re also wasting their time because their mattresses can’t help relieve that anyway. You need to get as healthy as you can through lifestyle habits and working out first before you even reach the threshold to buy their mattresses. We heard great things about the Sleep number beds from our relatives and decided to take a look. Calvin scheduled a time with us and he spent almost 2 hours that day showing us everything about the bed. He was very attentive to our needs and did not oversell us more expensive models. He made the whole purchase process seamless and enjoyable. After sleeping on our new bed for two months, I can confidently say - I highly recommend Sleep Number and Calvin!

Finally got bed delivered yesterday. Love the sleep number on the firm/soft adjustable. Calvin Wan at Arcadia mall store has been a great help and explain all the function on the bed and help me schedule the delivery as I needed. Thank you
