Sleep Number

I was a walk-in customer today, not knowing much about the brand, but I knew my wife was interested in a Sleep Number bed. Doug took his time explaining the different models, and was very open about the current sale promotions on offer as I was on a budget. He expertly guided me through the process and ultimately I purchased a new mattress based on his advice. I would recommend Sleep Number to anyone looking for a custom experience, and especially to Doug at the Glendale store who made it a pleasant, easy, and well-informed purchase.

We just purchased our second Sleep Number Bed from the Glendale CA store and we're THRILLED with our experience. Juan Perez was our Sleep Number specialist and he was personable, knowledgeable and absolutely the nicest person to deal with. We tell everyone about our Sleep Number Bed and now we're going to tell everyone about Juan.

Previous review: I had a great experience buying my new bed! Ed is an incredible seller! He understood my wishes and provided all the details, explaining everything thoroughly. Changing the review from 5 stars to 2 stars after having the bed: I called a representative before buying, and he told me that I had to buy a bracket from them which costs $40. When the headboard arrived, I realized that I shouldn't have bought the support because it is already included in the headboard. As I told, I bought a headboard as well. I followed all the instructions in the Headboard Assembly Guide, but when the headboard is attached to the bed, my adjustable base doesn`t work properly - the headboard obstructs the movement of the base (up and down). I called them and requested a professional to come here at no cost bc this is a product problem. They charged me more $100 dollares to correct a defective piece!!!! There is NO warranty. I also couldn`t return the headboard!!! I`m not giving 1 stars only bc the seller Ed is really good.
