We went in not expecting to buy a mattress but curious about what they had to offer and ended up being waited on by Sharon, who was a remarkable salesperson. She didn't really sell us on anything but she showed us exactly what we were looking for and put it together and we got everything squared away and purchased and the mattress delivered to our home. It was really a nice experience. I would highly recommend Sit-n-Sleep and especially Sharon since she was really helpful and knowledgeable and was not a high-pressure salesperson

After my fiancé and I put in our order, we noticed that the alternate email on the account was not either of our emails, which means our account got tangled with someone else’s. We were assured that it was not a problem, but when we tried to register the bed, it showed the sleep info for the person who owns the alternate email. We were instructed to contact IT support, and it was a major hassle trying to get it solved because it seemed like nobody was able to change that alternate email and separate the accounts. We were told that it would take about 7 days for the account to get fully back to normal, so now we’re in the waiting period to see if it actually does work. Still not sure how the bed will work with this situation, but it has been a headache to figure it out.

Stopped by to shop some mattresses and was helped by Angelia. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me various options. She was very patient and listened to my needs. She also incentivized me if I were going to do a 3 mattress purchase like I told her I am. 1 queen and 2 twins. She spent a lot of time with me and made me feel comfortable. This is a lady I want to buy from because not only does she know her products but she isn’t pushy and took her time to recommend me the right mattress. I will be back soon with my wife to complete our orders. Thanks Angelia……

Wish we would have bought our bed from this location. Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience, will def come back to do our yearly bedding purchase.

The sales associate Alma was very nice. However, your computer system was very slow and she constantly had issues with entering in information And had to reach out to another sales person for help
