Khadijah was an absolute godsend! We recently relocated to Atlanta and found ourselves in need of a set of sheets because one of our moving boxes has seemingly vanished into thin air. From the moment we walked in, Khadijah was warm, welcoming, and genuinely joyful. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, she truly stood out. She took the time to listen, answer questions, and help us find exactly what we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Her kindness, positive attitude, and expertise made what could have been a stressful errand an enjoyable experience. Once we’re fully settled into our new home, we absolutely plan to return and work with Khadijah again as we upgrade our sleep setup. She has earned our trust and future business. If you’re shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for Khadijah—you’ll be glad you did!
View on GoogleWe were so excited about finally finding our Sleep Number bed. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became frustrating. From the beginning, my husband struggled to get comfortable because every time I moved, he could feel it. Since I toss and turn a lot, it made sleeping difficult for both of us. We eventually decided the bed just wasn’t the right fit and wanted to return it. That’s when the real problems started. Sleep Number would not even discuss a return until after 30 days. Every time we called, they tried to convince us to switch to a different bed or accept a “free” topper. What they failed to clearly explain upfront was that accepting any replacement or topper would eliminate our ability to use the return policy. Once you accept those items, you’re committed. After repeatedly insisting that we simply wanted to return the bed, they finally arranged a pickup in a timely manner. However, getting the refund was a nightmare. We were bounced from the store, to one phone number, to another number, and then yet another department. Nobody seemed to have answers. Eventually, we finally reached someone who processed the refund, only to discover a mysterious $700 charge on my card that no one could explain. Once again, we had to spend time chasing down different representatives before it was finally removed. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere for a mattress. After sharing my experience with friends, many told me they had similar issues with Sleep Number’s customer service and return policies. While the bed itself may work for some people, the customer service experience was enough for me to never purchase from Sleep Number again.

Khadijah walked us through the entire process patiently, showing us each bed and teaching us how they work. We never felt pressured to purchase a mattress or to spend more money than we wanted. This was one of the most pleasant large item shopping experiences I have ever had and I highly recommend this location. The bed is amazing, I haven’t had neck or back pain since purchasing!
