Sleep Number

Store manager Cat was exceptionally helpful - not only in explaining options related to Sleep Number mattresses, but also in ways to enter/exit the mall and reach the store given my mobility problems. She listened carefully to our questions and concerns so her answers - pros AND cons - were most pertinent. If our experience with the new mattress when it arrives next week even approaches our store experience, we'll be happy indeed. Well done, Sleep Number!

We were greeted by Casey, very friendly and professional. He gave us a few moments to look around then we asked a few questions and he promptly answered our questions. Casey asked if we wanted to see the options, no pressure no rush. It was a great experience, the store was clean, employees were very friendly as well. Yes we purchased our new bed and cannot wait to get it

We are a sleep number family. We were treated very well. I did express my concern about not being able to get maintenance a year or two ago. I went through a real pan reaching out for help replacing my boxes and then the motor to raise my head. Maine is rural and you don’t have any help for us. I’m 76 years old and did not appreciate lying under my bed putting new motor unit in. Thank you for listening.

As someone with chronic pain issues who had trouble sleeping through the night, I was skeptical of a sleep number bed offering much relief. In truth, it has been the best mattress I've ever had. And despite buying it in 2017, it continues to perform like new. If and when my c2 smart bed need to be replaced, I will purchase another sleep number bed. I highly recommend not only the bed itself, but the customer service. Casey from the South Portland, ME sleep number store reached out to let me know that I had expiring points to spend. He arranged to send me an item free of charge. He was also very knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer my questions. Now that the Newington store has closed, I will make the trip South Portland. Thank you for offering a superb product that has actually improved my quality of life!

We had a great experience at the Sleep Number store. The sales person, Cat, was very knowledgable as to the ins/outs of each model and was very patient with us as we tried a few out. There were no surprises with the pricing. We are very excited to have our first Sleep Number bed!
