Sleep Number

I am extremely happy with the mattress I purchased. The quality is outstanding, and it is incredibly comfortable. It has made a noticeable difference in the quality of my sleep, and I could tell from the very first night that I made the right choice. I would also like to recognize Madison for her exceptional customer service. She was very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. I highly recommend both the mattress and the excellent service. Thank you, Madison, for making this such a great experience!

I am so glad that I was referred by my daughter to Sleep Number. I visited your Boca Raton branch yesterday 5/23 and again 5/24 and worked with Bill Severe. He was very knowledgeable with the many different products. He ably answered all of my questions and was both patient and very polite. In every way Bill is a wonderful asset to your company. We bought the mattress of our choice along with the dual Control Mode!!! My FIRST night’s sleep was lovely!

My husband and I had the best experience at the Boca Raton Sleep Number. Leilani Was so helpful in helping us determine what bed was the perfect fit for us. The entire staff was continually engaging, making sure that all of our questions were answered. Highly recommend Purchasing from the store.

While visiting our daughter over the thanksgiving holiday I decided to stop by the Sleep Number store in Boca Raton, FL on Glades Road. We were greeted by Madison who was enthusiastic about sharing the benefits of the bed while not giving us a hard sell at all. This approach was very refreshing since I was not in the market for a bed at the time. Allowing me to experience the different models and explaining the features of each allowed me to think about if I wanted to purchase. I appreciated that there was no pressure. We ended up making the purchase. Madison followed through with delivery updates and once delivered made sure we were happy with that process. She has also checked in a couple of times to make sure we were still happy with our order. We are!!! Thank you Madison.
