My entire in-store experience was fabulous! Nicole provided exceptional service both during and after my appointment, making sure my mattress would be delivered on my preferred date. Cameron also made me a lovely coffee after I mentioned I was going to get one. I also loved that the in-store survey truly worked—the mattress it recommended ended up being the one I loved most and ultimately purchased. Casper makes it easy by having distinguishable mattresses, so you aren’t having to test too many. Highly recommend!

Store experience was excellent. Visited several times before making my purchase. Met with Spencer, Cameron, and Nicole. All very knowledgeable and personable employees. Purchased the Snow Max bundle, including the foundation and mattress protector. Performed the set-up myself which was easy. For a fairly expensive purchase, I felt NO pressure to purchase which enhanced the overall sales experience.

We chose the Snow mattress for our high school-aged kids and they love it. It’s just the right combination of support. Spencer in the Boca Raton store was knowledgeable about the products and helped us to choose the right one. He was also helpful with the pricing and notifying us about upcoming promotions.
