Sleep Number

Jean was great. She made sure we had all our measurements and scores and worked with us to ensure we could get the best deal possible. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new mattress.

I worked with Jean when I stopped in the Dallas location on Preston on January 17th. She was incredible! Super friendly, really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Even questions I didn't realize I would have until she spoke about the Sleep Number experience more! She helped me determine my number and showed me different features on different models around the store. Just absolutely stellar customer service top to bottom. There were two other employees that day and they were both super friendly as well. It was a great experience and I feel really good about my purchase. Cannot WAIT to get my new mattress!

Nicholas was a great help and was able to explain the differences between their store and popular retail chains. Loved their selection and was able to pick up same day.

I just bought my third sleep number bed, and it is wonderful. It is a split king that cools if you need it to. The staff was the best especially Julian. With this new bed we are sleeping even better than before. You just cannot go wrong with buying a Sleep Number bed.

The salesman, Julian was awesome. He gave me a great explanation about the bed. The purchasing process was a breeze and I like the point system that the company provides. I can’t wait to sleep in my new, COMFORTABLE bed.
