Sleep Number

Santanna Miles was courteous and professional. Very helpful and made it very easy to select the perfect bed. Thank you very much. Andrew and his partner delivered the bed 4 days later. Again the two were courteous and professional. They were in and out in a very short period of time. They explained all of the features and made sure I knew how to use the bed. Thanks to everyone!

The Sleep Number salesman was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We had traveled 400 miles to Dallas for a vacation, but the pillows at our hotel gave 3 of us neck aches, so we made an emergency pillow purchase at Sleep Number. The salesman did give us a 20% discount because I had bought a SN bed about 10 years ago. My only complaint was with SN marketing. A few days ago, I received a SN flyer that offered 25% off on pillows, but apparently, I should have brought the flyer on our trip, so I could have received that discount.

Santana was very helpful from helping my Mom choose her bed through several phone calls to reschedule delivery. She is kind, professional and very caring. I highly recommend this location. The delivery team was exceptional as well. Walked us through all of the features once the bed was set up.

The sales folks I talked with at the Plano Sleep Number store were great. They weren't pushy, but provided answers to all my questions. They obviously know their stuff. I talked to 3 different sales folks before I made a commitment (even though this is the 3rd sleep number bed I've owned!)

It was great working with Savannah to find a mattress that would be best for my spouse and I. She has a wonderful personality and it was a pleasure to meet her.
