Sleep Number

We had high hopes for our Sleep Number bed, but unfortunately, after about a year of use, it has caused ongoing back pain rather than improved comfort. We’ve tried adjusting the settings multiple times without success. Given our experience, we would not recommend this bed for long-term support or comfort.

Had our 360 bed delivered last week. Has been deflating off and on ever since. Called the support line and the earliest they can come and take a look is 2 weeks from now. VERY disappointing as this bed was over 10k. Didn't expect to have problems the first day we got it. Not sure if I can recommend sleep number to anyone else now

BUYER BEWARD - AVOID THIS STORE. DO NOT DO FINANCING... Ryan at this store pushed the "0%" financing of my purchase. They charge you 2% promotional fee for "0% financing". Very rude follow up to get clarification. "Call the bank, we can't help." BAIT AND SWITCH sales financing tactics at this store. I'm so disappointed by my experience with the Walnut Creek Sleep Number store. I will never recommend them and will do my best to share my experience widely with what happened here. Try shopping the Dublin store instead if you need a bed? 7944 Dublin Blvd, Dublin, CA 94568

Rachel was fantastic and made the process a breeze. I’m so excited to receive my new mattress but unfortunately sleep number’s shipping takes a lot longer than other companies. My back is impatiently waiting🤣

I've been a Sleep Number customer since 2013. I visited the Walnut Creek, CA store to purchase a Queen bed mattress replacement. The manager personalized my experience while walking me through equipment option and cost. I departed feeling very satisfied and appreciated.
