Charley was the person who helped us with our mattress and he was so helpful! Didn’t feel like he was selling us anything and was even happy to spend extra time trying out beds that were way out of our price range just to show the technology of the mattress because he was excited out them! A wonderful place to shop for a mattress!

Excellent experience with Charley. No high pressure sales, only education. We told charley our budget. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive bed. He didn’t try to up-sale into something we didn’t want or need. Professionally showed us how the beds worked, gave us option. Politely dismissed himself to give me and my husband time to discuss. We made a decision and purchased. Very comfortable and pleasant experience.

Ben was very helpful in demonstrating and explaining how the bed works on a person’s pressure points. I went to the store with knowledge of the specific bed I wanted so I appreciated he did not try to sell me on another bed. Ben was very professional and friendly. I am anxiously awaiting my delivery.

My experience was unforgettable fantastic!!!! The manager Joel , very welcoming very professional ,kind ,very polite and knows the mattress extremely well, I was very impressed . I had back surgery I tried the display one he arrange the number suitable I didn’t want to get up. He was not pushy to sale instead his focus was explaining the quality of the mattress that leads to trusting him more and I bought it every day to go to bed because of the excellent mattress can’t wait to go to bed in the morning when I get up well rested body from head to toe.
