Sleep Number

I can't say enough good things about Liz at Sleep Number in Prosper. She was amazing! We had some hiccups with our delivery due to weather. She stayed on top of everything and always followed up with us. We very much appreciate her excellent customer service. In addition to our bed, we ordered bedding that was out of stock. It took a while to get it but she was on top of it. She stayed in touch and the bedding was delivered to us as soon as it was back in stock. We have ordered a few different mattresses from other manufacturers and had nothing but problems. We finally decided to order a Sleep Number and we have been so happy! It's so worth it!! No more back problems like we had with the other mattresses!!

Our Sleep Number visit to the Prosper store was a great experience. Camille took good care of us and made our shopping experience easy. She helped us with the mattress, pillows, and even the sheets. We left there feeling that we made the right decision with our purchase. Thanks Camille for your help on improving our sleep.

I went into Sleep number in prosper today but before I went I called and Camille answered the phone and I gave her a heads up that I’m suffering with a level 8-9 pain. My health insurance denied my much needed medication for my disability. I was spiraling mentally, emotionally and definitely physically. I asked Camille please treat me as If I was your parent. Granted I’m only 45 years old but, I suffer in with so much pain that I feel double my age. Ok, I’m holding back the tears now. She went over and beyond with my care. She was so attentive in more ways than one. We bought a bed and it will be delivered on Saturday. I’m so excited to see how much my pain levels with decrease in the mornings. Mornings for me are the absolute worst. I wake up crying and praying at the same time. I wanted to take this time and thank Camille for caring for me like I asked and more! I wasn’t just a sale for her I kinda felt we knew each other in more ways than one. I appreciate her encouragement, guidance, patience, and care. I truly felt it and needed it so very much. 💜 Tasha
