Sleep Number

I just bought a mattress for my Murphy. Bed and Jacob helped me. I am so pleased with this mattress. It is absolutely wonderful. I was dreading, I thought the whole day was going to be taken up with this. And within an hour, I was over there, he put it in my car. We put it on the bed, it puffed itself up. And it's perfect.This is my third purchase from the store and I really like these people.So, kudos to jacob for his excellent customer service

In 2022, my wife and I purchased an expensive matress from Matress Firm. Our box spring wasn't added to the order and wasn't discovered until delivery. The sales Manager was disorganized and it was a mess. My wife was never a fan of the bed...so...at the recommendation of a family member, we visited your store late on a Monday evening. Maggie welcomed us and patiently waited while we told her everything that was wrong with our current bed. She chose to let us make up our own mind(s) by laying on each matress. She raised and lowered each setting and then let us know which setting took pressure away in our sleep positions. I was at #40. Although we were near closing time, she never rushed us and showed every feature. She also chose not to comment when my big toe found the hole in my sock!!. We made our choice the following day after she sent a text to thank us. After completing the app by phone, we were good to go. She followed up before delivery and everything was perfect. The delivery guys were awesome and Doug from your Company called to confirm delivery since Maggie was off that day. Great experience...if Maggie runs for Mayor or President, we are Voting for her!! My experience at Sleep Number with Deborah was fantastic! We have bought two beds from her and now we have brought our son and daughter-in-law to buy their bed. We are always treated with the professionalism and knowledge brought by Deborah. You can’t go wrong at the Airport Rd location.

Deborah was amazing helping me trouble shoot a new Model Sleep Number Remote with my old Sleep Number bed!! My old Remote doesn’t exist anymore. Her Customer Service was elite. I highly recommend this store and Sleep Number beds!!

Doug and Debra were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When we decided we were over our heads, they went over and above to help us get where we wanted to be. We can’t wait to get our new bed!!
