Sleep Number

We had the best experience purchasing our mattress from Sleep Number. Derek, Susan, and Kareem were all amazing throughout the entire process. Everyone provided valuable insight and helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs. We never felt pressured or pushed into a sale. they were simply helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. Their customer service was outstanding, and we are extremely happy with our purchase. Highly recommend!

Karim was excellent from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, relatable, and never once made us feel pressured. What stood out most was that he never tried to upsell me — he gave honest insight, answered all my questions, and let me make my own decision. He was also incredibly patient and understanding while my kids were running around the store, which I really appreciated. I actually came back two days later with my wife thinking I might upgrade to a “better” mattress for just a little more during the sale. Instead of pushing me toward spending more, Karim helped me realize that the mattress I had already purchased was actually the right fit for me. That honesty and guidance meant a lot. Highly recommend working with him.

We are the owners of a sleep number bed. Our salesperson is Susan. She gave us immense help in picking the right bed. We absolutely love the bed. She considered everything we said and then discussed our options. We have been back to the store several times to purchase pillows, pillow cases etc. Every time she checks for our coupons. We never have to ask. She also tells us what’s on sale and helps us pick the best items. This is our second sleep number bed. Our first one lasted 15 Years. We are very happy with Sleep Number and Susan is the icing on the cake.

Susan at Sleep Number provided an excellent experience from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand what we needed. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all our questions and making sure we felt confident in our decision. We truly felt taken care of—highly recommend working with her!

Karim made my husband and I feel seen and heard from the moment we walked in the door. He never tried to push us to the most expensive mattress or pressured us into buying anything; which is exactly what builds trust, referrals, and repeat customers! I wish I had walked into this store last October before buying our current expensive mattress which is what we’re replacing since it is too firm. We made two visits to the store; one last weekend to test the mattresses and ask questions, get quotes, etc., and after another unbearable week of restless sleep with morning aches for myself, came back today to make a purchase. I walked in the store with a tension headache and after laying on the mattress we picked for 15 or 20 minutes, my headache was gone! I sincerely hope I have finally found the perfect mattress. Yes, they are very pricey but since you can customize the firmness, it’s like having several mattresses in one. My MIL has had her Sleep Number mattress for 21 years and still loves it! Susan and Derek are also friendly and helpful so I highly recommend this location! Thank you Karim, for being so patient with us as we took our time to decide and for all the information you provided us as well as many laughs!
