Sleep Number

Probably the best buying experience I have EVER had from a commissioned sales person. LITERALLY NO PRESSURE - and just asked question and related to our current situation so that we could find the best bed for us and optimize what we purchased to get the best price/ROI. In under an hour Brandi became someone I’d want to have over to our house and be friends with, and I felt great with my purchase. Great person and great employee. Keep her around Sleep Number - I’ll come back for your beds, but Brandi will be who I’ll ask for every time!

This is the second set of sheets we’ve bought. The first set ripped. And we bought this second set about a year ago. Today my husband noticed a rip in the bottom of the sheet. Now, my husband wears socks to bed. We don’t have any animals that sleep in the bed. There’s absolutely no reason why sheets that are a year old should have a rip in them. $180 down the drain. And now we need to buy new sheets. Absolutely disgusted with Sleep Number quality.

Very unique shopping experience. Don’t be put off by the warehouse experience. It’s set up to allow you to try all the bed choices and lots of help in explaining choices. We got the firmest mattress and absolutely love it. Also, we bought their inexpensive frame for a king bed and it is SOLID. No creaks or squeaks! Highly recommend!

My name is Selma Mooney living in Allen. If you're in the market for the best ever bed, you must check out the sleep number store in Fairview Texas. Brandi made my visit not only informative but also fun while I was laying on these beds. I had the opportunity and 2007 to sleep on the 1st available Sleep Numbers and had the best sleep of my life for those four days. That's why I visited this store. The hard part was making up my mind which bed I liked better as they were all so comfy I didn't want to move. After choosing the bed, a set of sheets and the padding I walked out of there with a big smile on my face. My bed was delivered today and set up so I'm looking for a really good night sleep tonight, the two gentlemen Pedro and William were professional and worked quickly to install the bed, only leaving when I was happy.

Adrian, who sold me my bed in November, assisted me in scheduling delivery of my bed, as well as the purchase of sheets for the bed. He has been incredibly available during this whole process. He has walked me through each step, explained the operation & options available for the bed, as well as answer any questions I've had. I haven't had a lot of positive experiences in the past few years, regarding the customer service aspects of large purchases I've made with other Companies. Usually, once they received my money, no one would be there to follow through or to answer questions. So, this experience has been a refreshing change of pace. Through his efforts you have gained a very loyal customer. Also, I've had several interactions with the store Manager & other employees. Everyone at this store has been extremely friendly, kind, helpful & readily available to assist me with each of my purchases.
