Sleep Number

By far the worst company on earth to deal with. We own our own company and how they treat people is absolutely ridiculous. Had an i8 delivered 2 weeks ago and the first night sleeping on it the right side deflates and would deflate every single night. Company told me to sleep on a deflated bed for 30 days. As far as the frame which they refuse to take back it doesn’t lower once raised and the buttons on the side popped out on their own within 48 hours with wires hanging out. This is a very expensive glorified air mattress. Worst sleep on my life. I went from a tempur-pedic to this. I have never written bad reviews in my life but this company sure gets the ticket. They could care less about their customers, how much you spent and make no exceptions for a product that was obviously broken or faulty. I called with 24 hours to tell them the issues and they could’ve cared less and are some of the rudest people to deal with. They’ve also charged me for a down comforter which I still haven’t received to this day. Usually large companies charge your card right before something ships not 3 weeks early and they still have no eta on when it’ll ship. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Always had great luck with tempur-pedic and mattress firm.

Sleep number bed - freehold mall store i8 double twin XL beds upgrade My husband and I recently purchased our 2nd sleep number bed. This time from the store at Freehold Mall on 4/8/25. I wanted to leave a review once we had received our bed, which we got this week. Our first sleep number bed was from 2012 king comparable to P5. We decided to consider an upgrade. Aaron attended to us at the store and he was great to work with. He didn’t try to oversell us - he just asked our needs and helped us decide what would work best for us. We chose the i8 model and double xl twins. Comparable to our king. I move a lot in my sleep and get now get leg spasms and this affects my husbands sleep who is a diabetic. This bed was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted just 1/2 inch between so i would not wake my husband. We got a great $ deal and the bed is truly beautiful and comfortable. The upgrades since our 2012 bed are great. Its height adjustable, it links to our phone so no more remote, and everything is now built in instead of having a bulky pump. We also wanted a headboard and the one Aaron recommended was perfect. One king size to make the double XL beds still look cohesive as all we really needed is a 1/2 inch between the beds. Finally I have some medical issues and he mentioned raising the feet and I don’t know why I never thought of it. I’m only used to raising the head piece. I tried it and really helps my legs and spasms. The bed arrived right on time and we were able to have them remove the old one. Aaron followed up with us through the process and it was effortless just as he told us. Thank you Aaron! AA and AR

Very helpful salesperson Robert Stevens and Louise. The C2 w/c I ordered is a standard basic Sleep Number bed and it’s comfortable enough for me. I also ordered a base flex which you can tilt in a certain degree angle to adjust the bed level. I weight 170lbs and the firmness of the mattress can be adjusted to my comfort level. I am excited to get my order soon. I ordered on March 10, in the store at the Freehold Raceway Mall and the delivery date is on March 19, which I am looking forward to!!! One thing about Sleep Number is their consistency! It's part of the reason they've been in the business so long. My visit to the Freehold Raceway Mall's Sleep Number was unplanned. I didn't even know the mall had one until I was in need of a new pillow. I walked into the store, empty, save the manager. I walked around the store looking at pillows, and not really sure what I was doing. The world of pillows and bedding gets quite complex, afterall. After walking half the store, I stopped on a pillow that I'd like to try. When I needed help and had questions, the manager was very kind, knowledgeable, and ready to answer all my questions while we conversed. She made my encounter at the store quite peaceful yet eventful. I learned a lot, thanks to her, and got a pillow that, thus far, has been good enough to me. I've been sleeping on it for a week! (I figured I'd give it a little time before writing a review.) I would not say it's perfect, but it's better than what I was sleeping on before. My jaw doesn't click or lock as often and I don't wake up in too much pain or excessively groggy. My mouth doesn't clench as bad as it used to either. So, I consider that a win! When I go to look for another pillow--maybe one more aligned with my needs--I'll be sure to stop at Sleep Number and learn some more first!
